MULTIONE DEGREASER

A concentrated multifunctional degreaser, its composition poses no risk to the operator or the treated structures. It contains no solvents or caustic agents, zero environmental impact. Dilute the concentrated product in water, recommended dilution between 10 and 15%, to create the ready-to-use product. Cleans all painted and unpainted surfaces, plexiglass-Lexan-plastic-aluminum.

FLASH CLEANER – FLOOR CLEANER

It highlights its best capabilities in the cleaning of industrial flooring in warehouses and sheds, both resin-coated and untreated, also with the aid of floor scrubbers. Its penetration abilities ensure that dirt deposited on the flooring can be removed easily and with results previously unimaginable. With manual washing, it manages to eliminate the marks created by forklifts without damaging the paint and without removing any tape possibly applied on the floor. To be diluted at 3% in floor scrubbers and at 10% for manual washing.

DEGREASER WITH ANTI-RUST

A modern degreaser with residual protection intended for interventions on “sensitive” and easily oxidizable surfaces. This allows the abandonment of old and harmful solvents and the preparation of parts for painting, welding, assembly, and protective treatments. Thanks to its use, preparing parts for painting will become a very quick procedure. The specific additives contained temporarily preserve ferrous metal parts from rust. Dilute the concentrated product in water, recommended dilution between 10 and 15%, to create the ready-to-use product.

ANTI-SPATTER FOR WELDING

Prevents sparking and the formation of spatter droplets that spoil the appearance of the workpiece and must be removed with the aid of an angle grinder/brushes before subsequent treatments. It does not contain silicones and therefore does not interfere with any painting operations following welding. It can therefore be used without problems even near painting lines or in environments where painting is normally performed. It does not contain oils, thus preventing the formation in the work environment of dangerous PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) derived from the combustion and overheating of oil-containing products. Dilute the concentrated product in water, recommended dilution between 15 and 20%, to create the ready-to-use product.

RUST REMOVER

A complex multifunctional product water-dilutable based on specific solvents, surfactants, and acidic reaction detergents, which synergistically perform three main functions:
– degrease very well
– deoxidize by deeply pickling
– passivate surfaces by phosphating them and making them chemically inert
It acts deeply also on rust and surface oxidations typical of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. TOGLIRUGGINE can be used on: iron, steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, and lead. TOGLIRUGGINE is employable as a phospho-degreaser, with excellent results on various metals and is in any case a very safe product. TOGLIRUGGINE is also capable of chemically treating the surface, making it passive against further possible oxidations and suitable to retain subsequent protective treatments.

RUST REMOVER FOR STAINLESS STEEL

A product specially formulated for the deep cleaning of STAINLESS STEEL, from which it quickly removes oxidations and heavy dirt thanks to a perfectly balanced formula. It acts chemically and is able, within a few minutes, to completely remove oxidations, encrustations, mud, fats, oils, smog, organic residues, and heavy dirt of various kinds without scratching the steel, or leaving streaks or halos, making the surfaces perfectly homogeneous, shiny, and bright.

TOGLIRUGGINE INOX is a modern product, extremely safe, formulated without nitric acid; the absence of this strong acid eliminates the problem, much felt by those who carry out this type of intervention, caused by the strong pungent odor that characterizes old-fashioned products.

FULL

Full is a concentrated liquid detergent dilutable in water, with exceptional characteristics of effectiveness and absence of foam. This makes it particularly suitable for addressing the need to eliminate foam during cleaning operations. Its use is recommended where there are body prints or generally animal/vegetable fats, even those difficult to remove. FULL can also be used on painted or enameled surfaces, furniture, and plastic objects.

TARPAULIN CLEANER

Lavateloni is a concentrated detergent dilutable in water specifically formulated to address the cleaning needs of engines without resorting to organic solvents. It is composed of selected surfactants that allow it to deliver a superior cleaning action in order to eliminate residues of oil, grease, and heavy dirt. Its use is recommended for engines, wheels, rims, tarpaulins, bodywork, as well as for structures, tensile structures, and machinery that are dirty and have very persistent greasy residues. Dilute the concentrated product in water, recommended dilution at 10% for cleaning tarpaulins and bodywork, dilute at 20% for engine washing, and create the ready-to-use product.

APPLICATION:

Spray on the affected surfaces then agitate with a broom/brush, once done rinse off.

LUBRIS

LUBRIS is a high-quality, newly designed semi-synthetic coolant suitable for all chip removal, cutting, and grinding operations on ferrous materials. LUBRIS features a high cooling and wetting capacity with pronounced lubricating, anti-welding, and cleaning characteristics. It also has good antioxidant and antibacterial properties; thanks to its great resistance to microbial, mold, and yeast attacks, it does not smell, does not become rancid, yet does not contain harmful or health-damaging additives in its formulation; LUBRIS is indeed free from chlorine, secondary amines and their derivatives (formaldehyde) and is therefore NON-HAZARDOUS.

For emulsion control to be carried out periodically with Refractometer/Oleometer with scale 0÷20, the refractometric coefficient is: 1.74.

LUBROSAN

Deodorizing stabilizer for tanks of emulsifying oils and malodorous aqueous systems. LUBROSAN works perfectly in all lubricant-coolant solutions, whether they are made of synthetic, semi-synthetic, or mineral products, exerting a strong action against fungi and molds that can form in the storage tanks of the lubricant-coolants themselves. It is perfectly stable at very high pH levels and, thanks to its alkaline nature, buffers the pH of emulsions which tend to decrease due to aging.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

For shock treatment: 0.5% (500ml every 100 liters)

SHINE

Silicone-free and surfactant-free finishing degreasing detergent. Removal of oil residues, dust, fingerprints, pen and marker residues from painted, lacquered, stainless steel, plastics, glass, and metal surfaces. Cleans and degreases perfectly without damaging surfaces or leaving residues. Fast drying. SHINE is the ideal product for removing polishing paste residues from: cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, agricultural vehicles, etc. SHINE is an unbeatable product for cleaning glass, applied before lacquering, applied before painting, it is an unbeatable product used to clean stainless steel.

BRILLIAX

A new liquid product for cleaning and polishing stainless steel, chrome plating, nickel plating, copper, brass, and non-ferrous alloys. It is not a “polish,” but a low-viscosity product that flows easily over metal surfaces, delivering its cleaning, aesthetic polishing, and masking action without the need to continue rubbing the surface. Its action is immediate and the final aesthetic effect is excellent; in the cleaning and aesthetic finishing of stainless steel plants and machines, it masks scratches and streaks, improving the image and value of the item.
Cleaner: dissolves and removes dirt, adhesive residues, grease, machining oils, fingerprints, dust, and eliminates all traces of encrustations and patinas.

STRONG GLUE REMOVER

Designed to replace in numerous applications all those chlorinated products such as acetone, alcohols, without having to give up the “strength” of the product. It is formulated to be particularly effective on glues, adhesive residues. It has no harmful effect on the ozone layer. It has a high solvent power. It can indeed be used to remove inks, fats, paraffins, tarry residues, and especially glues. Fast evaporability so that, where necessary, drying times can be reduced.

DISOCAL

Disocal is a safety descaler to be used for the rapid removal of deposits of: limescale, rust, sludge, algae. These form in the coils of condensers, in cooling pipes, in boilers, and in all systems with water circulation for cooling or heating. In all these cases, there is nothing more effective than DISOCAL.

✔ SAFE FOR OPERATORS AND SYSTEMS: the absence of strong acids and the presence of particularly effective corrosion inhibitors make it extremely safe and practically foolproof.

✔ EASY TO USE: It does not contain hydrochloric acid and is therefore extremely easy to use. Although it is a concentrated chemical product, it does not have pungent or unpleasant odors or vapors; at the recommended concentrations, it is not irritating to the skin and is over 90% biodegradable.

✔ EFFECTIVE AND MULTIFUNCTIONAL: Thanks to its formulation, its action is effective on greasy residues and dirt.

NEUTRALIZER

Certified acid neutralizing absorber for batteries is an absorbent and neutralizing product specific for acids coming from accumulators. The product has a dual function: it absorbs any spilled liquid and neutralizes the acid. The expiration is 5 years.

THICK OIL FOR DRILLING AND THREADING

A special high-viscosity synthetic oil formulated for use in threading, tapping, and drilling of any type of metal. Thanks to its color, it allows the operator perfect visibility of the contact point between the tool and the workpiece, thus ensuring extreme precision. It does not produce carbonaceous residues at high temperatures, withstands high pressures, all of which prevents the need for too frequent sharpening.

ALLUFLEX

An innovative product identifiable by its transparent blue color, a substitute for emulsion oils and whole oils, specifically designed for the cutting and machining of aluminum and its alloys. It is a lubricating fluid to be used undiluted, sprayed directly at the point of contact between the tool and the workpiece. ALLUFLEX is used with automatic or semi-automatic spraying systems for milling, turning, drilling on automatic and semi-automatic lathes, and generally for all very fast cutting operations where an excellent degree of surface finish on the parts is desired. ALLUFLEX offers several extremely important advantages: it leaves the parts clean and almost dry, and any post-operation washing is greatly simplified due to the minimal amount of product remaining on the parts, resulting in savings on detergents and on the disposal related to such washing.

CONTROLLER

An anti-corrosion formulation for metals, to be used in all cases where treatments or processes in aqueous systems must be carried out, such as degreasing operations, or for the prevention of oxidation in tanks and technical water circuits, or for passivation treatments in metal washing and rinsing cycles. It must be added to the process water and, thanks to the various active ingredients present in the formulation, it provides excellent protective action for both ferrous metals and aluminum and copper. It does not contain mineral oil or soaps, therefore it does not become rancid and is odorless. It is biodegradable (screening test No. 301, OSCD). It does not form gummy films on parts and does not contain silicones.

SERSOL

AK 60 SERSOL is presented as a transparent liquid, non-volatile, non-flammable, with a very light odor, whose composition does not require any labeling symbols. AK 60 SERSOL possesses marked selective properties whereby spray paints are primarily attacked and removed, followed by markers, ballpoint pens, etc., without affecting the substrates even if painted. AK 60 SERSOL has been designed to quickly remove writings (graffiti, murals, etc.) that decorate and in some cases deface school desks, road signs, street lamps, telephone booths, garbage bins, railway carriages, shelters, subway stations, city buses, etc. AK 60 SERSOL brilliantly solves the problem of graffiti, which often transforms from an aesthetic issue into a functional problem, as in the case of road signs.

Excellent as a remover for printing inks, widely used in the graphic sectors for the removal and cleaning of machine rollers and work surfaces.

DRY PROTECTIVE

A protective product designed to protect metallic parts, both ferrous and non-ferrous, against corrosion with an imperceptible and NON-greasy residual film. This feature ensures that the parts can be reused for assembly, painting, welding, further surface treatments, etc., without the need for degreasing operations.

OILY PROTECTIVE

An antioxidant protective agent with low oily residue, which leaves a thin protective layer on the piece, very easy to remove, but highly effective in antioxidant protection, applicable on any type of metal surface. Oily rust-preventive protective with 50% residual film, non-flammable. Its formulation contains specific additives that prevent the formation of very annoying fingerprints on certain parts that need to be handled.
Multifunctional: contains specific additives that allow the cleaning of machinery or equipment simply by lightly wiping; this will be sufficient to leave the metal artifact clean, protected, and with a very shiny appearance.
Dewatering effect: Tends to displace water and replace it; when used by immersion, it completely eliminates water residues that nest in interstices (oil emulsions, washing residues, etc.) of metal parts, thus preventing stains and oxidative phenomena.

CREAM

A cosmetic cleansing cream for professional use specially designed for hand cleaning, capable of removing grease, oil, and dirt in general, leaving the skin soft, clean, and talcum-scented. The formulation enhances the action of the detergents present to remove the most stubborn dirt, penetrating into the deepest hand folds and calluses. CREAM contains natural softeners and protectors that gently act on the skin, leaving it smooth, soft, and fragranced. Thanks to cosmetic-use biocides, CREAM leaves the skin microbiologically perfect. CREAM is free from sand, marble dust, and other abrasive substances that tend to promote dermatitis and skin infections, eliminating at the source the main cause of drain blockages.

GELVER

A professional hand cleaner gel enriched with natural extracts, designed to vigorously cleanse the skin of the hands and remove PAINTS, INKS, AND MASTICS with the necessary care and delicacy by penetrating calluses and the deepest folds of the skin. No product is as effective as GELVER when it comes to dealing with hands dirty from paint. The most loved and used product by body shop workers, printers, and carpenters without resorting to brutal methods such as the use of solvents or often very aggressive pastes. GELVER is also capable of quickly removing glass sealant. GELVER is free from sand, marble dust, and other abrasive substances that tend to promote dermatitis and skin infections, eliminating at the source the main cause of drain clogging. SPRAY GLOVE

DESAGE

It performs a strong immediate cleaning action against all types of dirt, on all surfaces, such as floors, machinery, etc., while respecting them. The sanitizing property is due to the well-known effectiveness of quaternary ammonium salts. It should be used in concentrations from 5% to 10% depending on the type of dirt to be removed or the required sanitization, at 3% for floor scrubbers.

BENASAN

Suitable for the sanitization of environments, warehouses, offices, air conditioners, surfaces of various nature and types. It is also suitable for the internal and external sanitization of cars, vans, emergency vehicles, etc. BENASAN can be diluted in water at 1% for internal sanitization, at 3% for external sanitization. For an effective result, allow the detergent to act for at least 20 minutes before any rinsing. It is odorless, does not irritate the skin, and respects all materials.

UNISOLV

AK 50 UNISOLV is a next-generation synthetic degreasing solvent characterized by exceptional purity, absolute lack of odor, LOW volatility, and remarkable versatility, proposed as an alternative to high volatility solvents due to its low risk of emission of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). The lack of odor is one of its most immediately noticeable features. In fact, besides being highly desirable, it also indicates the purity, stability, and inertness of the product, which remains unchanged for a long time even when exposed to light, heat, and numerous processing cycles. Analytical tests have indeed demonstrated that UNISOLV exhibits very low physiological effects, and in any case lower than those of almost all other solvents currently on the market.
