Lubricants – Special Greases
The lubricants in the LUBEFOOD range, available as oils and greases, are characterized by high chemical inertness and are therefore particularly suitable for the lubrication of equipment used in the processing of food products. Indeed, LUBEFOOD products comply with FDA specifications for use in food and/or pharmaceutical environments where there is a risk of accidental contact with food.
AK 262 BIMOS GREASE
AK 264 BIMOS GREASE is a special grease suitable for use under severe operating conditions such as high pressures and elevated temperatures, as well as for lubrication in dusty environments and humid atmospheres.
The main characteristics of AK 264 BIMOS GREASE derive from the presence of Molybdenum Disulfide as an additive, in the form of micronized powder, perfectly dispersed and homogenized within the lubricating grease.
AK 266 UNIGREASE
AK 266 UNIGREASE is a superior quality grease with Extreme Pressure (EP) additives and a high dropping point. It possesses properties not found in standard multipurpose greases.
AK 268 GREASEFLU
AK 268 GREASEFLU is a premium quality grease with Extreme Pressure (EP) additives, suitable also for use in centralized lubrication systems.
AK 268 GREASEFLU It possesses all the important characteristics and properties of AK 266 UNIGREASE.
AK 271 PROGREASE Spray
AK 271 PROGREASE SPRAY is a transparent synthetic grease that possesses extraordinary lubricating and protective properties, combined with a very high penetration capability.
Packaged as a spray, upon application AK 271 PROGREASE SPRAY initially appears as a whitish foam that quickly releases the contained gas, transforming into a transparent, colorless film of considerable thickness.
AK 274 HITEM RAME
AK 274 HITEM Rame is a special grease additive containing micronized lamellar copper, which ensures reliable lubrication and perfect sealing under extreme pressures and high temperatures (up to 1100°C).
AK 279 GRESALL
AK 279 GRESALL is a grease and anti-seize compound characterized by a high content of micronized aluminum, which enables the product to withstand extremely high temperatures (up to and beyond 1200°C) and extreme pressures.
AK 279 GRESALL significantly reduces friction between moving parts, enabling stronger, play-free joints.
AK 280 SILGREASE
AK 280 SILGREASE is a special colorless, odorless, water-repellent silicone grease capable of operating in a wide range of environments (in terms of relative humidity and aggressiveness) and temperatures, ranging from –50° to +250° Celsius.

AK 284 LUBETEF GREASE
AK 284 LUBETEF GREASE is a white synthetic lubricant containing polytetrafluoroethylene (P.T.F.E. or Teflon).
The product is essential when lubrication is required that does not stain equipment or materials while providing exceptional efficiency.
AK 285 DARK GREASE
AK 285 DARK GREASE is a special grease, heavily fortified with graphite additives, specifically formulated for use at extremely high temperatures and in all cases where an adhesive, extreme-pressure grease resistant to moisture is required.
