NAUTILUS is a PNEUMATIC device designed to allow clear visibility in conditions where splashing liquids limit or even completely obstruct the working view.
Designed for the mechanical sector of machine tools, NAUTILUS ensures a perfect view of the workpiece and the tool during machining operations involving coolant fluids that, by splashing, limit or even completely obstruct visibility.
HOW IT WORKS
NAUTILUS is powered by compressed air. The compressed air drives the rotor which, by centrifugal force, repels the liquids that obstruct visibility inside the machine tool.
The high rotational speed and the resulting pressure ensure that the displaced liquid and the chips generated during machining do not penetrate into the internal part.
EASY TO INSTALL
Depending on the surface where NAUTILUS will be mounted, two different options are available:
- Drillable surface (plexiglass, lexan, etc.)
- Glass surface
In the case of a drillable surface, NAUTILUS can be mounted by drilling through the surface and inserting 6 sealing screws with gaskets.
In the case of a glass surface, NAUTILUS can be mounted using double-sided adhesive tape and silicone.
EASY TO MAINTAIN
NAUTILUS can be easily cleaned both on the outside (with a clean cloth) and on the inside, by removing the 4 rotor fixing screws. The same screws can be used for rotor replacement in the event of damage.
EFFECTIVE AND ECONOMICAL
NAUTILUS does not need to remain in continuous operation; it can be used only when needed by activating the on/off valve (included), thus saving compressed air.
